Dann Spader is the founder and director of Sonlife Ministries and currently serves as a consultant to more than eighteen denominations developing youth and church leadership. He has more than twelve years of pastoral care experience. Dann has written numerous leadership training manuals, articles and videos. He is the coauthor of Growing A Healthy Church and The Everyday Commission, among other titles. Dann lives in Illinois with his wife and family.
